By ordering via our webshop, you agree that we process your personal data. You can check and change your information yourself at any time by logging in to your account.

Returns Policy:
We do not accept returns on products that are specially manufactured with your own lettering and/or logo. Therefore, be sure to check the size , color and spelling when ordering.
If your shipment is damaged on arrival, report this directly to the delivery point and then contact us. In the event of a complaint for other reasons, contact us via the contact form.

In collaboration with Paypal, we can offer secure payments. After you have confirmed your order, you will be sent to PayPal’s secure page where you can choose to pay with VISA, MasterCard or via your Paypal account.

We ship with POSTNORD (Swedish Post) ordinary mail or trackable mail , Schenker or DHL, in cases where the consignment is assigned a package number, this is sent to you so that you can track the delivery online. Delivery time for patches with lettering / logo is approx. 1-2 weeks depending on our order stock at the time of ordering.

Unredeemed orders:
Unredeemed orders are charged for shipping and return shipping. As we have no right of return on printed or embroidered products, full payment is made for uncollected orders, cost for return shipping will be added. Avoid that your order is returned by picking it up as soon as possible and contact us if you have not received any notice within the next few days from the time your order is sent from us. In connection with your order being sent, we will send you an email, please check that this has not ended up in the spam folder.
